From our first conversation to the delivery of your beautiful images, my approach is warm, relaxed, and unobtrusive. we'll guide you when needed but we will mostly be in the background, capturing those genuine, candid moments that make your business or event uniquely yours. luxe Events package
Business and events
Our luxury package containing everything you need for your one day conference or event
$1,250
This covers us coming in 30 minutes early for set up, mingling at the start of your event, speeches and an additional events in program. We will photograph a range of details, candid photos and group photos at tables and standing.
A second professional photographer who is additonal great for larger events to capture more candids and details.
High quality images captured on top tier canon r6 mark ii and canon 6d mark ii. Backed up on a two sd cards, hard drive and drop box.
A popular addition, we edit all your images within 48 hours so you can get them out on social media and to attendes.
EVENTS package
The essentails EVENT COVERAGE, THREE HOURS TO CAPTURE THE HIGHLIGHTS
$750
This covers us coming in 30 minutes early for set up, mingling at the start of your event, additional events in program. We will photograph a range of details, candid photos and group photos at tables and standing.
High quality images captured on top tier canon r6 mark ii and canon 6d mark ii. Backed up on a two sd cards, hard drive and drop box.
10-20 images delivered within 48 hours to give you a preview. Remaining images in 1-2 weeks.
ADD-ONS
Analog film, 3 rolls can be captured by Lavender. If you'd like 3+ rolls an additional photographer is hired to capture on film. The film photos are delivered to you within 3 weeks.
Content creation captures your event through raw iPhone clips Capturing key moments, behind the scenes and candid moments. All raw clips delivered through a cloud site within 48 hours.
A second professional photographer who is additonal great for larger events to capture more candids and details.
We edit your events images within 24-48 hrs rather then 6-8 weeks. We proritise your wedding in times we'd be normally out photographing sessions.
1 hour of continous coverage at your event. High quality images delivered to you in an online Pictime gallery within 1-2 weeks.

Fill out the contact form on my website with your event date, location details. If you don't know every detail that's totally okay. But it's preferred If you can tell us as much information as possible so we can see If we'd be a good fit to work together.

Let's chat
I will send you a response via email and we can chat over the package that will be best suited to your event, I'll also send some questions to see if we'd be a good match to work together otherwise I'll refer you to another professional that'll be better suited to your event needs!

book it
I usually need about 2 weeks of lead time for events as my calendar is generally pretty full. So the sooner you contact me, the better. If I'm avaliable on your date I will go ahead and send through an invoice and contract through.

the EVENTS
The event day is here! You should expect relaxed, fun, and timeless photography. We will document your event in the most natural way we can. We will capture the details and all the candid moments we can!

We love to travel. In 2025 travel to Auckland and surrounding areas is complimentary. Other areas costs are explained in our pricing guide
